Myers Nelson Dillon & Shierk provides litigation services to a range of business - large and small.

We have experience litigating a broad spectrum of cases in the trial and appellate courts, including complex commercial disputes, creditors' rights, business torts, Qui Tam, lender liability, and credit discrimination. Acting either as lead or local counsel, our litigators have represented clients in class actions, grand jury investigations, defamation cases, trade secret disputes, white collar criminal matters, and derivative actions.  Our experience includes defending actions brought under the False Claims Act, the Truth-in-Lending Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and RICO, as well as under corollary state law consumer protection statutes.

We practice in courts throughout Michigan, and we also represent or have represented clients in class actions and financial services matters in a variety of jurisdictions, including Tennessee, Illinois, Mississippi, and Indiana.
